14mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 3/8" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with 3-Jaw Jacobs Chuck. The unique design of Chemglass's Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical Stainless Steel spring permitting up to 1/4 of offset misalignment and 45 of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10, 19, 25.4 and 30mm stir shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck or motors having shaft diameters of 5/16, 3/8, 12mm, 1/2, 5/8 or 3/4. Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16 end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 4. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Stirring Shaft, 10mm, Clockwise, Polished, Glass Agitator, Three Blade, 400mm OAL, Agitator OD 42mm, for use with 100-250mL Reactors. Shaft is precision ground and polished to fit Chemglass's CG-2077-H, CG-2077-G and CG-2077-U style 10mm PTFE bearings. Designed to be used with cylindrical type reactors. The curved glass blades are spaced 120° apart and angled upward. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER SHAFTS ARE DESIGNED FOR CLOCKWISE ROTATION.

Reactor Support Frame, 30L with 18.6" Valve Clearance OR 50L (Short) with 15.2" Valve Clearance, 28.25" W x 20" D x 75.25" H. Open air design, with decreased frame depth, allows greater access to the reactor and peripheral glassware. Motor mount arm can be used with either electric, air, or XP motors and can swing out of the way for greater access to reactor. Design allows support frame to be used for 30L through 50L Jacketed or Unjacketed reactor systems. Glassware can be quickly installed and removed by one person saving time and frustration normally associated with out-of-date designs.

Stirring Shaft, 19mm, Chem-Stir, 50L-72L Flasks, 895mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 19mm OD precision ground stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. The top end of the stirrer shaft is reduced to 1/2" (12.7mm) to fit into a CG-2046-03 universal adapter while the unground length varies to accommodate different flask capacities. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF PTFE BEARING.
